Heard about this one from jeffeats. Outstanding breakfasts. This one is not to be missed. Right on the ocean.

Stayed in the neighborhood in 2001 and John G's was recommended by a friend. At breakfast there everyday for a week. Unbelievable. The best French Toast. Tried to duplicate but haven't done it yet. Stay in the Jupiter area every year since and make at least one trip to John G's.

My family and I have been going to this place since I was a baby. I'm now 23, so you would probably guess we really dig this place. I live in Maryland, but when we're in town, we go there every morning. Sometimes even for luch! the line generally moves fast so that's a plus! Not the mention the french toast is superb! the staff as well! Can't wait for my next meal there!

As a resident of New Jersey, my family and I travel to Palm Beach almost every year and eat at least one meal at John G's everyday. I have never found a restaurant that serves a better breakfast and lunch. The staff is very attentive and treats you like one of the family. The food is phenominal and prices can't be beat. Definitely the best breakfast on the beach!

I'll drive up from Miami anytime I'm in the area. The breakfast is great and well worth the wait to get in. Crappy? Wow I really don't get that. I live in Manhattan and I've never seen anything like John Gs. The fish is great too, but man, the French toast....!!!

...My wife and I have lived right by Lake Worth beach for almost 27 years now and we never go to this restaurant for breakfast because their breakfast is pretty crappy.
Their fish and chips are absolutely delicious!

I used to live in that area i live in ky now but i go back every year and ive eaten there countless time. i love their french toast!

Live in NJ and learned of John G's by stumbling upon it while down in Fla. I have been back 3x since the original discover and can't wait until I get back there. I can see the place vividly and can imagine the french toast melting in my mouth. The OJ is great too. View is great.... I wish I lived in Florida.

John G's almond crusted french toast is the BEST I've ever had. The price is really reasonable but I asked for a half order, realizing when it's time to pay that they take 50 cents off only from the original price (so my review is "pricey"). It would have been nice if the server said something about this when I placed the order. When I mentioned it to her she just said "Oh yeah..." The service unfortunately was poor, with the server not coming back to ask if I needed anything else after she served me the french toast. I asked for the check and she gave it to me right away; it was my first time there so I waited for her to come back so I could pay her, not knowing that I had to pay at the front (because she just placed the check on the table and left). My overall rating would have been "awesome" if not for the service; since service is still part of the dining experience.

My grandma lives in FL. Anytime we go to visit you can be sure we are making the 30 minute drive up the coast for John G's. It's the best breakfast I have ever had. I have not had a single trip there that I thought it was overrated! It's a must!

Haven't lived there in 14 years and I still miss the clam chowder, fish & fruit w/ yummy fruit dip, corn fritters.

We live out of state and make it a must any time we are in the vicinity to stop here. The food is just wonderful. The Cinnamon toasted almond french toast is theeee best. Just wish I had the recipe.
The view is Florida's signature--the beautiful beach.
The service is good, with friendly folks.
Can hardly wait to go again in October.

Be prepared to wait in line, i mean, for a while! But why? to dine on good food and best of all...the view of the beach! It is 20 ft away from the life guard stations and it smells great downwind (it is up on a hill). Some label it a tourist trap and over rated..but i say NO! i think the place is great and would recommend it
