I love this place. It's busy on the weekends so you're going to wait, but you get free coffee while waiting so that's nice, plus the food is worth the wait.

love love love it! yes there is await on weekends- just expect it have some coffee read a paper. try the crab cakes beni's- creammy homemade hollendaise perfection!

Studio One has amazing breakfast that is super fast and friendly. I have been there more than once where the food was delivered cold. However, it is worth the price and the friendly service. I recommend it hands down to any other breakfast in Eugene.

Some friends of mine came to visit from B.C., and I, wanting to show off how great Eugene is, took them to breakfast at Studio One; I regretted that decision during all of our meal. I was horribly embarrassed by the rudeness of the employees, as well as the awful service, and low quality of food.

1. There were 3 servers, a hostess, and a bus boy working that day. The restaurant only has about 15 tables. Even then, our server forgot about us, and didn't remember to take our order until everyone else around us was leaving.

2. Our coffee never got refilled, which wasn't such a bad thing, since there were grinds in it.

3. Our food was cold upon delivery.

4. Not one of the servers checked on us to see if our food was okay, which it was not.

5. Our server did not bring us our check.

6. The hostess/cashier had a fit because we didn't have our check, and was angry at us, because she had to go find the server and get it herself.

I apologized profusely to my friends, and all they said, is well we expected rude Americans, I was sadly embarrassed that Studio One didn't fail to deliver that expectation.

new owners have really improved the place in the last year. smoked salmon benedict is the best I've ever had! now you can wash it all down with a hangover beer!

I love the french toast. Its the best thing they have to offer aside of the cute blonde, long haired waiter. I've been trying to get a date with him forever!!!!

Expensive and crowded, but worth it if you are in no hurry and got some bucks to spare. Makes breakfast good! I'm a dinner person myself, but I'd rather have their breakfast.
