I love the corned beef hash, but some very unique pancakes, great ingredients and tasty. It's what goes into the food for me, service matters, environment (as long as it's clean) and they move you pretty quickly. I would recommend.

I'm amazed at the good reviews this place has gotten. It seems dirty, with extremely uncomfortable seating. Our food (hash & eggs, and french toast) was acceptable, but nothing beyond that. I would never go back.

I love this diner. The food is excellent and the waitstaff are quick and can size up your needs quickly. The fact that it attracts students is a benefit in my opinion. They usually have a nose for the good stuff. The menu is extensive and the omelettes are great. My only comment is they tend to add a lot of cheese to everything. Just ask to cut back. Other than that- a great cozy experience in the city!

Ok, heres the best of the best diners. The only downfall of any good inexpensive restaurant are the students who make up most of the line, GET A JOB you have loans to pay back. Anyway, this place has got everything you could imagine for breakfast, lunch and dinner and that includes drinks as well, ...no students, not alcohol. Where else can you get an egg cream, a good egg cream that is. I never go on the weekends cuz I'm sick of the lines, created by the students who else, so I take a day off during the week here and there and go then, otherwise your going to wait a while, OUTSIDE IN THE COLD, COLD SNOW, or IN THE HUMIDITY, NO NOT A DRY HEAT. You'll be ready for a roaring fireplace or a shower by the time you get in, depending on what time of the year you go that is.

Everything here tastes fantastic. The diner special gives you your choice of fresh juices, bottomless coffee, several kinds of pancake, several kinds of breakfast meats, many different styles of eggs, homefries, and toast/english muffin. You can get sides of just about anything. Even the fruit preserves are 'homemade'. There's a line at the door for a reason: your meal will definitely be worth the wait.

They know what they're doing here. It's hipster but not pretentious; the food is as good as it gets. There is often a line Sat. and Sunday a.m, so go there really early or really late, or sit at the counter, if you can get a spot. Get the sweet potato pancakes and the Greek sausage (I think it's made w/lamb). The coffee is great. For lunch, there's a Cobb salad that has huge chunks of bacon and avocadoes on the greenest greens you've ever seen. I haven't been there for dinner lately, but recall that the standards (meat loaf, turkey, etc.) were delicious. See you at the counter.
