A great family experience! Feels very homey there. They have checkers and a peg game for the kids to play while they wait for their meal. I have NEVER had trouble with the waitstaff in a Cracker Barrel. It always feels like home. As a matter of fact we had Thanksgiving there last year and it was a very warm and delicious experience. I think the person with the bad review just had a rare find, that's too bad.

Very Unprofessional! Workers could be heard using Profanity in the Kitchen area. If my Family wanted to listen to this type of language we would have gone to a barroom! Never again will we visit there so called Country Dining Experience. When this problem was brought up to Management it was just shrugged off as kids behaving badly.

it has it moments - if you get the right staff the coffee is endless othertimes i've had to wait for a refill
