My husband and I eat here occanssionlly and the food is excellent every time. We always order the deep fried beer battered halibit, it's are favorit meal. The homemaide rootbeer is the best that we every tasted and the cheese cake is one of a kind. We are going to eat here for our three year wedding anniversary on August 31 2010.

Went on a Sunday morning on Fathers day so it was very busy, but Sundays are very busy after 9:00. Food is well worth the wait and they staff appropriately for the busy times. Service was warm and friendly. Was the best breakfast in Tigard for us to date.

We went here June 5th 2010, so this is current. This place is great. We will go back again and again. I went with my family not expecting more than a coffee house. WE WERE WRONG! This place is amazing. One of the members of our party ordered the breakfast burito. It was so filling that he couldn't finish it. I ordered a slice of French Silk. It was delicious! It was just a little more fudgy than I liked, but it was great overall. The staff are pleasant and sweet. This place is great! I hope you come and enjoy it, too!

Love this place, breakfast lunch or dinner, its all great. Special note, the hot turkey sandwich will take you down memory lane with simple goodness - thinly sliced turkey over a couple slices of white bread covered with wonderful brown gravy, throw in the homemade mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce and you have a lunch time winner. Homemade desserts, large dinner rolls, great soups, awesome breakfast's, it's all good.

My husband and I eat there almost every Sat when we have the chance. I love that they serve breakfast until 2pm for us who like to sleeeeeeeep in late : )

My favorite is their breakfast burrito with a HUGE side of salsa. To die for!!! Come fall, my husband loves their pumpkin pancakes. The staff has ALWAYS been very nice. The management is very friendly too.

Seriously,
This place is a dying breed. The genuine family run restaurant. NOT a corporate food joint like all the others.

AND
If you have never ordered the Oriental Chicken Salad Salad, you are missing out. I drive 10 miles across town just for that. And I have tried to find better, but can't.

Staff is always friendly, and attentive, even when they are getting slammed. Never a long wait to be seated either. Very well run place. I have been going there for almost a decade and the place is very consistent.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. It's 1.2 miles from my home, but I have to go 10 miles to find better. The owner cares for good quality, here. I call this place an American style place, but it can also be considered a great Mexican place. One of it's best breakfast dishes is "Huevos Rancheros", 2 eggs any way, with Spanish rice, cheese, refried beans, a warm salsa sauce, on two tortillas, and topped with sour cream. The cinnamon rolls are fresh baked, warm and gooey. They have homemade pie servings, for $.25, at times. The wait help is great.

sometimes full because it is a small family style restaurant and you might have to wait for a seat on the weekends at breakfast, but it is sooooo worth the wait!

Small, crowded, country style dining room is usually at least half full, even at the end of the breakfast rush. You may wait for a table. Good food in good-sized portions. Daily specials. Occasional seasonal specials (pumpkin pancakes in October!). In addition to egg, waffle and pancake breakfasts, they also have cinammon rolls and muffins for breakfast. I've never had sour cream with an omelette before. It (along with salsa) comes on the side on their Mexican style selections.
