Cora's, a chain out of Montreal, is new to Charlottetown. Breakfast is served until they close afternoons at three. Colorful (and spotless) decor based on the smiling sun and setting hens. The six page menu includes omelettes, crepes, amazing fruit cups, and all kinds of meat and egg breakfasts. My wife enjoyed the fruit while I went Quebecois with eggs, franks and baked beans. The food and coffee are wonderful and the restaurant believes that attractive presentation and large
portions can go together. Amid the hustle and bustle, excellent and friendly service. Cora's seems to know how to do everything right.
