Glo's has the best egg benny I have ever had... The wait staff is amazing, especialy the cute dark haired girl, probably the best waitress I've ever had. Sure the wait can be long at times but if your not stuck up there are always great conversations to be had while waiting. I say if you haven't been there or are turned off by the line out side, take a morning block out a couple hours, grab a friend who you enjoy talking to an give it a chance I bet you'll be back.

Overrated! Poor service, poor food. Cabbage garnish is a silly concept. I was surprised at how boring the menu was. I think it draws customers because there's always a line out the door--the fact that there are only a handful of tables is largely responsible for this. And you PAY for water? Wow.

If you like waiting 30 minutes for your food, it's grubbin'. Sometimes you wait so long, you fill up on coffee. Get the biscuits and mushroom country gravy. But the wait is so long, I’ll be Glo’s age when I get my toast!

The food is fine, but the waits on the weekend are prohibitive. Especially when you consider that the food, while adored by some, is in my opinion just 'good'. If you don't mind the wait (on the weekends)... go ahead!

Without a doubt, the best breakfast spot in Seattle. During the week you can usually get a seat right when you arrive. If you are going during the weekend, expect a long wait for a table in this small street-side restaurant. Because of its great location (Broadway is just a few blocks up the hill) you can kill the time browsing the shops, or grab a Stranger and socialize with the folks hanging out on the sidewalk waiting for their tables. Eggs benedict is fabulous here.

This is my favorite breakfast in Seattle, hands down. If it's the weekend I advise going before 10 or after 3, though, to avoid the wait. We'll often eat at Glo's around 3 on a Saturday and make it our main meal for the day. It's a lot of very good food. We especially like the eggs benedict and the salmon scramble. Don't overlook the pancake specials, either.

The food and location are great, but the service and wait time can be horrendous. I recommend you call ahead and get your name on the waiting list about 20-30 minutes before you go. There may be 10 tables in the whole restaurant.
