THE CHOCOLATE DEVILS FOOD DONUT HOLES AND DONUTS ARE TO DIE FOR. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DUKES SINCE I WAS LITTLE,MY GRANDPARENTS LIVED IN ALTON FOR 40 + YEARS AND WE ALWAYS HAD TO DRIVE BY DUKES TO GET TO THEIR HOUSE AND WE ALWAYS STOPPED BY TO GET DONUTS FOR THE VISIT, THE TIGER TAILS ARE AWESOME TOO. JUST RECENTLY I TRIED THEIR BAKLAVA ....ALL I CAN SAY IS OH MY GOSH. I WILL BE GOING BACK UP THERE TO HELP CLEAN OUT MY GRANDPARENTS HOUSE AND WILL BE STOPPING BY THERE AGAIN.

I purchased my wedding cake from Duke's in April 2009. The cake exceeded my expectations in every way. It was so beautiful and everyone commented on how good it was. Thanks to Amy she did a great job and was very attentive to all my needs at a very stressful time.

Our family has always been pleased with the "Duke Family". Such an institution in our community. They truly go out of their way to please. We love their donuts, cookies and cannoli's.

My family has visited this bakery for years. Not only the best in offerings but also the best in service. I had an issue once and it was resolved immediately once I contacted the owner who was more than gracious with my concerns. The Christmas selection was fantastic,and I always look forward to new offerings on special holidays.

I am geting tired of purchasing stale pastries at the Godfrey,IL location. I have been a customer of theirs for years and it seems like the Godfrey location has been pushing some non-fresh old pastries as compared to their main location on the Henry street store. Customers Beware of this fairly new rip-off!!!! Only buy at the Henry steet location and also ask about the freshness there before buying.

Go to Mr. Donut in Godfrey, much fresher, better tasting and better priced too!!...and no I have no affiliation to Mr. Donut.

The Cream Cheese Cannoli is awesome. The second time I went there I went out of my way on my trip from St. Louis to Chicago merely for the cannoli. A+++++
