We were at the Shake'n Shake in Ft. Wayne, IN. on the East side of Ft. Wayne by the new Wal Mart store on Rt. 37.
It was at terrible experience. Normally we enjoy going there BUT last nite it needed a good housecleaning of workers. Our waiter was named Ryan. We got there around 10:15 PM the sign said wait to be seated so we waited and waited and finally we just went and set down. Then we waited to order for 10 min. and finally a girl came and said she wasn't our waitress but she would take our drink order. Back in the corner was a group of young adults and there sit our waiter Ryan. The girl brought us water and went and talked to Ryan. Finally he got up and took our order, well back to the table he went and when we got our order it was hardly warm and my husband had ordered a milkshake and he forgot it.
So my husband went to the front of the store and ask for his milkshake. That table of young adults left so he goes and sits with some kids in a booth. We were finished eating and finally a guy brings his shake. I have worked in the public and there is no way Ryan's actions are acceptable. I would have been fired on the spot.
I think this needs looked into. We weren't the only people in there waiting. What a mess.
