Egg Pizza

  • 4 large eggs - beaten
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium tomato - sliced
  • oregano - to taste
  • salt and pepper - to taste
Preheat broiler.

Cook the eggs in a greased, oven-safe frying pan over medium-high heat. As soon as the tops begin to set, flip the eggs (you may want to invert them onto a plate so they don't break apart).

Immediately, top with an even coating of Mozzarella cheese and tomato slices. Season with oregano and salt and pepper to your liking. Place pan under broiler and cook until cheese melts and bubbles.

Cut into pizza-shaped wedges to serve.


Easy, cheesy, fresh-tasting breakfast pizza. Add any pizza seasonings you like to make it yours! Kids love this one.
