Grilled Choco-Strawberry Crunchwich

Grilled Choco-Strawberry Crunchwich

(1 serving)    Printable Version
  • butter spray
  • whole wheat bread
  • 3/4 cup of chocolate cheerios
  • strawberry preserves
Take 4 slices of whole wheat bread and spread two of them with the strawberry preserves (I like the Polaner sugar free).

Then, put half of the cheerios on one of the slices and the other half on the other, creating two sandwiches. Spray the sides of each sandwich with the butter spray and throw them on the frying pan, frying til golden brown.

Crunch and munch! Cereal on sandwich? Yes. It's weird, but I love it.

I read this, and thought, WOW!! I went to make it, only to realize I basically have none of the ingredients, so I made it with frozen raspberries, banana nut cheerios, and semi sweet chocolate chips mixed in and melted. It worked out awesome. CREATIVE KEWL RECIPE :P
