Super Protein Breakfast Shake

  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 scoops protein powder (whey
  • etc.)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 and 1/2 cup frozen fruit
  • 2 Tablespoons flax seeds (optional)
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons baking cocoa
  • 1 or 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons wheat germ
Put all ingredients in a blender and press liquify. Pour out and have yourself a super shake.

Here are the nutrition facts:

780 calories, 23 grams fat (3 grams saturated), 65 grams total carbs (25 grams fiber) and 78 grams protein.

Also includes loads of vitamins and minerals!

Bananas work best in this smoothie, but you can use any frozen fruit you prefer. Protein powder, flax seeds and wheat germ provided added nutrition.
