Deep Dish Ham And Spinach Quiche
(6 servings) Printable Version
- 1 9-inch deep-dish frozen pie crust
- 5 slices sandwich ham - chopped
- 1/2 medium onion - chopped
- 1/2 package frozen spinach - thawed and drained
- 2 Tablespoons ricotta cheese

- salt and pepper - to taste
In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Pour into deep dish pie crust and bake for 1 hour.
I know that sounds too easy, but that's really all there is to it.
Easy to make and great for large groups. If you have a big family like me, this makes a wonderful weekend breakfast that won't take up your whole morning.

Easy as promised and super tasty. I didn't have a 5-chesse blend so I mixed up Parmesan and Mozzarella.

Try it with sausage (cooked and crumbled before adding). That's the way to go. Aces!
