  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon granola
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 banana
  • 1 flour tortilla
Mix cottage cheese, brown sugar, honey and granola. Spread on tortilla with a banana (sliced vertically).

Wrap tortilla by folding in sides and rolling up.

Start your day with this banana breakfast wrap that includes granola for some added crunch.

Mmmm... my mouth is watering just reading the recipe again. The first time I made one of these I was trying to do it from memory, so I forgot the brown sugar and used peanut butter instead! It actually wasn't bad!
