Mellon Madness Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup to 3/4 of a cup of vanilla soymilk
  • 1/4 cup of frozen watermelon
  • 1/4 cup of frozen cantaloupe
  • 1/4 cup of frozen honeydew
  • 1/4 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
  • assorted berries to garnish
Blend the mellons and the mango first. Add milk and grated ginger and blend until desired smoothness.

Pour into glasses. Garnish with with berries. Best served with a straw.

A taste of sunshine and summertime in every sip.
