Carribean Minty Ginger Smoothie

Carribean Minty Ginger Smoothie

(2 servings)    Printable Version
  • 3 cups of soymilk or ricemilk
  • 1 papaya - ripe peeled and seeded & cut into pieces
  • mint - a handful of the leaves to taste
  • 1 inch of Ginger root - fresh peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
Prepare papaya, ginger root. Put in blender.

Pour in liquid (soy milk and yogurt). Blend up until mixed. Add in mint & honey. Blend again.

Please use honey or maple syrup and not fake sugar. The flavor of the honey really makes this.

This is a fantastic smoothie, great for Vitamin C and full of zest to get your day going.

Eurgh! I'm sorry but this isn't great... not even good. No offense meant... it's just not to my taste... well done to anyone who enjoys it. Each to their own I guess.
