Spicy Egg Frittata

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion - chopped
  • 1/2 hot chili pepper - chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon edible turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cooking oil
Mix all the ingredients - except oil - in a bowl.

Place the frying pan on medium-high heat. Grease the pan with the oil. Now pour the mixture into the pan.

Heat until bottom turns golden brown. Flip and brown the other side.

Serve hot.

A spicy dish for spice lovers. Can be used for making delicious sandwiches.

I didn't have the turmeric or powdered pepper (what is that?), so I used paprika and black pepper instead. I also used half a green pepper (chopped) and sauteed the onion and green pepper for 5 minutes before adding eggs. It turned out FANTASTIC!
