Best breakfast ever! The kahlua-banana french toast was one of the yummiest things I have ever eaten (tasted like Bananas Foster) and my husband's egg white omelet with fresh California veggies and biscuit was delectable, didn't taste "healthy" at all. The lattes were amazing, silky and steaming, and were served in mugs the size of beach pails. This was definitely a find. Jeannine's is a local chain with 3 locations in Santa Barbara and 1 in Montecito. We've only eaten in the downtown location, but I imagine the others are just a good.
