Min's Kitchen is open 7 days a week from 6:30a until 3p. The menu for breakfast is extensive and delicious---including gourmet treats like Florentine Eggs Benedict (the best I have ever tasted). My husband's over-medium eggs were perfect and were minus any terrible "skin" on the outside from having been cooked at too high a temp. The bacon was thickly-cut---7 large, delicious pieces on his plate. Service was gracious and seamless; the restaurant was absolutely clean with new, tasteful decor, flat-screen TVs (low audio) tuned to the FIFA World Cup. We definitely will become "regulars"!
