Worst breakfast ever!!!!

So, I arrived at the restaurant really excited because breakfast is the best. When I opened the menu I was disappointed that they did not offer any breakfast meats. It turns out that this is a vegetarian/vegan restaurant.

I overlooked this, after all, I can enjoy a meat free breakfast. So, I ordered two eggs over medium and their herbed home fries and water to drink. When my food arrived, it was lukewarm. Instead of frying my eggs( the method of cooking which "over easy, over medium" implies} they poached my eggs. I do not dislike poached eggs, but when I order eggs over medium I expect to be served eggs over medium. To add insult to injury there was tons of water on my plate from the poached eggs. I think they could have drained them a wee bit better. The potatoes, which sounded promising, were completely undercooked. So basically I ended up with poached eggs and raw herbed potatoes wedges in a pool of lukewarm eggy water. Gross!

My friend ordered french toast. A really basic dish. Well, they screwed this up too. When she cut into her french toast she discovered that it had not been properly soaked in the egg mixture. She received a piece of bread that had a thin glaze of egg on it. They might as well have charged her $7 for a piece of toast.

The worst part of the experience was that I spent almost $10 on this crappy breakfast.

DO NOT GO HERE! RUN AWAY, FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!
