Kay's isn't really a "truckstop." More like a "airplanestop" since its located at the general aviation airport in Cambridge. If you can't fly to the restaurant yourself, at least its fun to watch the airplanes land and taxi in for lunch!! The food is southern style and consistently good. The specials come highly recommended. I find the catsup kind've strange tasting so take a few packets of my own when I go there.
