Health complaints.

Ice scooper sits on top of ice machine. Not in a container.

Servers put ice in the guests glass by holding the glass then runing the glass with their hand/are through the ice machine to scoop up the ice.

Owner puts his cup of personal drink on shelf above where he is preparing food. If any liquid falls from his cup (after drinking from it) falls, it will fall on the prep. board.
