This is the busiest IHOP I have ever been in. They did bring me coffee while we were waiting. That was pretty cool. We had about a 30 minute wait. The service was really good and the food was very good. The wait staff was mouthy to adults and kind to the kids. It is worth a stop. Just be prepared to wait. Oh, this place is right next to Baylor University.
