Very relaxed... good service. They serve breakfast every day starting at 6:30AM. The restaurant is in the Westin Hotel. It's a little pricy with most things around $11 to $16, but the food is quality and the serving sizes are good. The breakfast buffet is $21, but has lots of good options, hot and cold.
