The Breakfast Martini

The Breakfast Martini
(1 serving)    Printable Version

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries -- almost thawed
  • 3 large frozen strawberries -- almost thawed
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite granola cereal
  • 3 ounces vanilla pudding
  • whipped cream for topping
  • a single maraschine cherry
In your favorite martini glass, layer your ingredients in 1/4 inch layers. Start with a single strawberry, then a layer of blueberries, then the granola, then then the pudding. Repeat until glass is full.

Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of granola and the single, decorative cherry.

Beautiful!

I used a Quaker granola breakfast cereal and a low-fat vanilla pudding from Hunts. The result was pure perfection.

The Breafast Martini tastes like a sinful indulgence, but the joke is on your tastebuds. Its a healthy, classy way to start your day.

Latest Breakfast Lover Comments for The Breakfast Martini

By snowleopard

I have to agree with Silvie. No gin = not a martini. The whole thing is just very disappointing indeed!

A Martini with NO GIN!!! I don't believe it.

This is the *Real* Breakfast Martini.

Go Figure!
