Reduce heat to low and simmer for one hour - stirring often. After an hour, you should have a porridge-like consistency. Remove from heat, remove cinnamon stick and stir in the honey Ladle into bowls and serve. An Westernized version of a traditional healthy North Chinese breakfast porridge.
