Meat And Potato Pancake

(4 servings) Printable Version

1 and 1/2 cups meat any kind (leftover) cooked passed through meat grinder
4 potatoes -- peeled and grated
1 egg -- beaten
seasonings to taste
fat or butter

Mix in a bowl the meat, potatoes, egg and seasonings. Melt fat or butter in a large frying pan.

Fill frying pan with the meat mixture. Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes. This will produce a pancake the full size and shape of the frying pan.
