Feta Eggs
Feta Eggs
(1 serving)    Printable Version

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • water
  • 4 T fetta chesse
  • thawed chopped spinach
Beat eggs with 2 T water. Pour into hot oiled pan. Add crumbled feta and thawed chopped spinach. Fold omelette and heat through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
