![]() Hawaiian Omelette(3 servings) Printable Version
Thinly coat your skillet with vegetable oil spray. Heat over medium high. Pour egg mixture into pan. When eggs are almost set, sprinkle half of the omelette with remaining ingredients. Fold other half of omelette over filling. Continue cooking until cheese melts, about 2 minutes. Cut omelette into 3 wedges and serve. Aloha Kakahiaka!! An omelette with pineapple, ham and two cheese. Like a Hawaiian pizza, but it's for breakfast. Mr Breakfast would like to thank TheHawaiian for this recipe. Recipe number 308. Submitted 7/8/2002.

Had this at a local diner... they changed out the Monterey Jack cheese with chunks of cream cheese. I have been fantasizing about it every since! Comment submitted: 6/25/2012 (#14080) From spiceitup
We tweeked it just a bit and used only Pepper Jack cheese (2/3 cup)so it'd be a little spicy. Delicious! One step I'd add above is to completely drain the pineapple pieces. Nobody wants a watery omelet. Pretty cool recipe overall. Comment submitted: 6/8/2011 (#12772) From Fleur2
