Brown Rice Breakfast
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir well to combine. Microwave for about 1 minute - stirring once mid-way through the cooking time. For the stove top: Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized sauce pan. Cook over medium heat - stirring occasionally - until evenly warmed (about 5 minutes). Have a great breakfast!!! At first, I thought this might not go down well but I was wrong. This is really tasty and healthy. This recipe is great for my diet plan because it's easy and filling.
