Tangerine Mimosa

  • 1 750-ml bottle of dry Champagne
  • 10 Tablespoons orange liqueur (like Grand Marnier)
  • 2 and 1/2 cups fresh tangerine juice
  • tangerine wedges or twisted peel stips for garnish
Divide the Champagne equally among 10 glasses.

Add 1 Tablespoon orange liqueur per glass.

Top each serving with 1/4 cup juice and garnish as desired.

I might be a little drunk but this recipe is fantastic! Seriously, everyone loved it. I cheated and used half orange juice from a carton and half fresh tangerine juice (from 10 tangerines)... still tasted amazingly fresh and delicious. Thank you for the recipe.
