Place bread in the toaster. In a bowl, beat the egg until well scrambled, and place in the microwave on "High" for 60 seconds.

When the minute is up, remove toast and spread one slice with miracle whip, and place the cheese slice on the other.

Lift the cooked egg out of the bowl and place on the cheese-covered slice of toast; top with the other slice. Enjoy!


I've been making this quick on-the-go sandwich for years. You can also include bacon, ham, onion... whatever strikes your fancy for added taste.
