a few strips of bacon (or ground sausage if preferred)
Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese (the premixed "mexican" variety cheese works well)
your favorite barbeque sauce
Scramble the eggs as you like them while you are cooking the bacon or sausage. When the eggs are about done, put the tortilla on a pan and warm it for 30 seconds to a minute.
Place the eggs in the tortilla, followed by the bacon and cheese (I found that slices are the best, but use grated if slices are not available).
Lastly add the BBQ sauce to your liking.
This may not be the most extravagant breakfast burrito, but you're sure to get a Southwest kick with very little prep time!
