Brian's is clean, busy, noisy, and fun. Service is fast and the cafe is a favorite with locals. If you're alone sit wth them at the large round "community" table. Extensive menu ranging from their famous Egg Yummy to an 8oz ham steak with eggs. They advertise "hearty" and mean it.

You have a choice of grits, hash browns or home fries. Breakfast hours are 7 to 2. (to 1 on weekends).

02/01/05 update from falconbird: When first visited, this restaurant was called "Brian's Sunnyside Up Cafe". I revisited it in January 2005 and, although now under new management as "Minnie's", the basic menu, food quality and service have not changed.
