Usually, Shari's is a pretty reasonable restaurant chain. This Shari's has very bad service, and the food isn't very good. I ordered a waffle with "fresh strawberries" as a topping. The waffle arrived - it was lukewarm - and the strawberries appeared to somehow be both canned and frozen. ??? They were still frozen - completely - on the waffle, and they were in a very thick icky gritty sauce. It was very strange. I've never had strawberries like that at any other Shari's. The waitress was flat out rude, and she put her FINGER IN MY GLASS.
