According to a Product Overview document from the company, "Zoe's Granolas are a naturally sweetened blend of dry-roasted soybeans, ground flaxseed, whole grains, and dried fruit. Every serving of Zoe's Granola naturally provides omega-3 essential fatty acids, fiber, protein, and iron. Zoe's Granolas contain no cholesterol, are low in saturated fat and sodium, and are wheat and dairy free."
The company's granolas were also available in Honey Almond and Cinnamon Raisin varieties.

I too love Zoe's cereal - but I can not find it any local stores any longer have they discontinued this item??

Zoe's makes the best cereal I ever had. It gives me all morning energy. Love it!!!
