Flutie Flakes

Flutie Flakes From: Independent / Undefined
Introduced in 1998

A generic frosted corn flake cereal packaged to feature quarterback Doug Flutie.

The cereal debuted while Flutie was playing for the Buffalo Bills in 1998.

A percentage of the proceeds went to the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, created in honor of the football player's autistic son.

Flutie Flakes were developed by PLB Sports of Pittsburgh, the same company that gave us Elway's Comeback Crunch, Kurt Warner's Crunch Time Cereal and Lynn Swann's Super 88's Cereal.

Company Description: The company classification of "Independent / Undefined" is a catch-all for several cereals in our database.
