The front of the box describes the cereal as a "lightly sweetened whole grain wheat cereal - naturally and artificially flavored. The back of the box goes on to say, "Light fruity aroma... Rich blueberry muffin taste... Baked into every bite... A classic flavor the whole family can enjoy..."

The blueberry flavor in Blueberry Muffin Mini-Wheats is distinct and abundant. A cereal lover opening a box for the first time would be as impressed with the blueberry aroma as they would be with the taste.

The cereal pieces are traditional mini-wheat biscuits with a festive purplish-blue frosting. Occasion small specks of blueberry can be seen embedded in the biscuits.

Upon it's introduction, Kellogg's offered a "Try Free" mail-in rebate. First time buyers were encouraged to send the company the UPC symbol from the box and their purchase receipt in order to receive a rebate. A rebate form was printed inside the box opposite the front cover.

This is my favorite kind of Mini-Wheats. The blueberry flavor is really good. I hope it stays on the market for a while.
