Kooky Cocoa Rice Krispies
From: Kellogg's
Introduced in 2003

This limited-edition Halloween version of Cocoa Rice Krispies featured marshmallows in the shapes of ghosts and masks. The new marshmallow pieces were white with brown markings. While the "mask" pieces did resemble a skull, the "ghosts" could have easily been mistaken for a mutilated starfish, an iguana or even a sandal.

The front of the box featured Rice Krispies regulars Snap!, Crackle! and Pop! wearing Halloween costumes. Snap was dressed as a robber or a thief with a black mask covering his eyes. Crackle had green gloves and large prosthetic green rhinoceros nose. Pop appeared to be a cross between a court jester and Frankenstein.

The back of the box featured Halloween-themed puzzles including the "weird word search", the "cryptic crossword" and the "stone wall maze", with answers to the puzzles printed inside the box.

It's interesting to note that Snap! Crackle! and Pop! are wearing the same costumes they wore in 2002 on the box for Creepy Cocoa Rice Krispies.
