  • 1 banana
  • 1 papaya
  • 3 scoops no-fat orange sherbet
  • milk
Mix in a blender. If the consistency is too thick, add a little milk and pulse until it's just right.

Pour in a chilled glass.

You could certainly use yogurt instead of sherbert if you wanted to. I like this drink for breakfast because the tropical flavors make me feel awake.

Papaya is a natural stomach soother. Drink one of these when you have an upset stomach (go light on the sherbert though)!
