Breakfast Polenta With Berries & Vanilla
Slowly stir in the milk. Increase heat to medium-high and bring mixture to a boil - stirring often to avoid lumps. When the mixture starts to boil, immediately reduce heat to a low simmer. Stir in the flaxseed, oat bran, cinnamon and salt. Simmer for one minute - stirring often. Turn off heat, cover the pan and let set for 5 minutes. Stir in the agave and vanilla. Transfer to 4 serving bowls and top each with 1/4 of the fresh berries. A healthy hot breakfast cereal loaded with goodness and flavor. From Cheryl Forberg, author of Positively Ageless.
