Pina Colada Smoothie

  • 1 6-ounce container non-fat coconut frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse until smooth. This makes one pretty large serving or two smaller ones.

Healthy and tasty with banana, pineapple and coconut yogurt. Works with vanilla yogurt too.
