I had some ready made frozen chocolate covered bananas in my freezer, and I made a double batch of this, using one of those along with a regular banana. Delicious! Comment submitted: 7/11/2007 (#3189) From veganized[ty]
I froze the banana and replaced chocolate syrup with really maple syrup. Also I did not add ice cubes. So thick and yummy! Comment submitted: 12/2/2006 (#861) From Denise
Yum! I made this with a frozen banana so it was more concentrated and plain soy milk so it wasn't as sweet. I also added the ground flax seed. Comment submitted: 12/1/2006 (#856) From bizzeedee (Team Breakfast Member)How about using chocolate soy milk to begin with? and for extra health benefits, add a tablespoon of ground flax seed, hey and toss in a strawberry or two or three! Oh yeah, last, just omit the ice and use a frozen banana or one cold from the frig. This is my everyday breakfast. Comment submitted: 10/1/2006 (#422) From sgtbutch (Team Breakfast Member)
This sounds like a very good "Basic" that you could expand on a lot. IE: Add a teaspoon of your favorite peanut butter to make a Choco-Nut soy-moo-thy...Kids would love it!! Comment submitted: 9/30/2006 (#420) You Might Also Like These Recipes:
