This was horrible. I made this for my Christmas party yesterday and nobody ate it! The cream cheese and cheese throw off everything! Even my 4 year old nephews wouldn't touch it.

I personally love almost all breakfast foods, but this was one of the most horrible dishes I have ever had. Both my wife and I agreed that the cream cheese added to this was a bad decision, threw off the texture, taste, and smell. The only breakfast dish I have ever eaten that was worse than this was stuffed french toast. Please rethink your recipe.

It was good. Would have been better with sausage instead of hamburger.

My husband is a picky eater - but he LOVED this recipe! I made it with southern style hash browns on the side, so it could be eaten mixed together or separately. Super filling! Definitely a keeper.

I have this for both breakfast and lunch. It's filling and gives me energy.

Made this just as it was written except I used onion and chive cream cheese for added flavor, and topped with Hormel bacon bits. It was awesome and super filling!

The comments were super helpful. Like other, we used turkey breakfast sausage - from Jenny-O - and topped it off with a sprinkle of grated cheddar cheese. It was delicious.

Tried olsenbrad's idea and used turkey breakfast sausage instead of beef and it was very good. Also added a little bit of chopped green pepper in with the onions.

I thought it was kind of bland. I made it exactly as it said, then I added cheddar cheese. Didn't really taste like anything.

I substituted groud turkey and it was absolutely scrumptous. Added a teaspoon of Worcesterschire sauce to spice it up a bit. Turned out great!

Thumbs Up! But Serving Too Small. Terrance M. wrote in to say "Loved this, but 2 servings doesn’t work for two grown men. We needed to double this recipe to make it work!" Thanks for the great comment Terrance!
