![]() Munch's Marble Mocha Java(2 servings) Printable Version
O.K , Heat the milk in the saucepan taking care not to burn it so do it on a low heat, like a simmer. Melt in you chocolate and add the sugar. Now separately make some fresh coffee, enough for only 1 person and add this to the milk. Make it pretty strong though. Stir all the mixture together and froth with a froth stick if you have one, if not don't worry. Now hold your cream above the cup about 16" and slowly trickle the cream into the coffee. You will notice that it forms a swirling tube on top of the surface resembling marble!! Awesome!! Enjoy... Quite rich but dang tasty! Something tasty and different for your next weekend brunch. Very nice, I agree with pumpkin, espresso would do it justice but very nice ;D Comment submitted: 9/22/2010 (#11271) From Pumpkin
Try espresso, instead of coffee. It's more pungent compared to regular coffee. Yum! Comment submitted: 10/6/2006 (#455) You Might Also Like These Recipes:
