Recipe Rating (out of 5):

It tastes more cheesy than anything else. I had to add other things to make it spicy.

From M.E. Me

What I did to make my eggs a little spicy, is 2 or 3 egg whites, with red and green peppers, as well as 2 teaspoons of taco seasoning. TASTED GREAT!

By peppers, do you mean Serrano or jalapeno peppers? If bell peppers, this won't be very spicy.

I'm lost - what causes this to be spicy? Other than that good stuff :)

I just tried it. Delicious! But I do agree with the earlier comment. It was more Italian-ish than spicy. Next time I make this, I'll add Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese and call it "Easy Italian Eggs". Whatever you call it - it tasted great. Heck, I might even top it with some Spaghetti sauce too.

I never made this... just read it. I'm curious as to what makes these eggs 'spicy'?? There is nothing spicy in it.
