![]() Three-Cheese Quiche(6 servings) Printable Version
Place all the cheeses in the pie shell and gently mix the cheeses together. In a medium bowl, place ALL remianing ingredients and mix until smooth (use a blender if you like). Pour the new mixture in the pie shell on top of the cheeses. Bake for 20 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 350 and continue baking for 35 to 40 more minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Allow to cool 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm. This quiche features Swiss, Cheddar and ricotta cheese. Good for dinner too. Mr Breakfast would like to thank sweettooth for this recipe. Recipe number 1267. Submitted 6/18/2004.

Turned out good minus the ricotta cheese. Replaced it with the same amount of cottage cheese. Also a recommendation - pre-bake the crust by itself for 10 minutes before putting ingredients in = flakier, nicely-browned crust. Comment submitted: 3/2/2010 (#9957) From Packer
