Tropical Fruit Shake

Tropical Fruit Shake

(1 serving)    Printable Version
  • 1/2 mango
  • 2 Tablespoon frozen pina coloda mix
  • 1/2 banana -- frozen
  • 4 strawberries -- frozen
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 and 1/4 cup cold water
Throw everything in the blender and blend away. Milk can be substituted for the water if you like.

I tried this once with vanilla soymilk and that was very good too.

Shake it. Don't break it. Picture yourself drinking breakfast on the sun-swept shores of Hawaii.

I don't have any pina colada mix. Is there any thing I could replace that ingredients with?
