This place doubles as a BBQ rib place at night. Good service. Pretty good Huevos Rancheros. As for the pork green chile as a side. $9.95 for the entree. A bit pricey for eggs, but what do you expect in Aspen, mountain playground for the rich. Coffe was ok but not great. They do use whole beans and grind them but nothing fancy. Get there early!
