My husband and I ate at A Fresh Start during our "leaf peeper" vacation in New Hampshire. We were driving south on Roue 302 looking for a place to eat when we saw both the "open" flag flying and a small, but crowded parking lot...two good signs in our opinion! My husband had an omelet with cheese, bacon, and tomato. It came with an order of homefries and toast. He said his omelet was good. I got the special of the day - 2 eggs any way, ham, homefries, and (wait for it!) PUMPKIN French toast. The eggs were scrambled just right, the ham was tasty, the homefries were seasoned will, but the best part was the PUMPKIN French Toast. Did I mention it was made with PUMPKIN? Yummy, yummy, yummy!!!
